Edward Gorey assignment

Above is my spin off of an Edward Gorey painting, I really liked doing this project because it was really quick and easy. the only hard part was finding something that rhymed with my name.

I chose this as my masterpiece to replicate because I really am drawn to the colors in this painting and I thought it would look great with my idea to put king kong hanging off the side of the mountain. Above is my version the Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh. I tried to make the sky as much like the original as possible, but I really focused on the king kong hanging off the mountain.
